IONICON is pleased to announce its latest breakthroughs in high-performance trace gas analysis. Leading the charge in mass resolution is the FUSION PTR-TOF 20, an ultimate-performance analyzer featuring the next-generation ioniTOF and an ultra-clean FUSION reaction chamber. It offers a market-leading detection limit below 1 pptv and a mass resolution of up to 25,000 m/Δm, providing unmatched precision for complex mixtures.
Expanding analytical versatility: Isomer separation with PTR-SLIM-TOF
While maintaining its core leadership in PTR-TOF technology, IONICON has integrated Structures for Lossless Ion Manipulation (SLIM) technology through a sublicense agreement with MOBILion Systems, Inc. to complement raw analytical power with physical separation capabilities. The resulting PTR-SLIM-TOF is set to revolutionize the analysis of complex mixtures by adding high-resolution ion mobility to IONICON’s trace-level VOC platforms. This allows researchers to physically separate isomers in milliseconds.
