Standard quadrupole interfaces often suffer from high mass discrimination and unwanted ion-chemistry distortions. The ioniAPi-TOF overcomes this by integrating proprietary IONICON hexapole ION-GUIDE technology.

By maintaining a lower energy environment within the multipole, our system drastically decreases ion-chemistry artifacts and allows for the seamless transfer of weakly bound cluster ions. Furthermore, it virtually eliminates mass-discrimination effects, transferring an incredibly broad mass range without requiring constant voltage retuning.
