"Major research areas in the domain of Bioscience Engineering (Ghent University) encompass research in food chemistry, food microbiology and preservation, environmental chemistry and technology, chemical ecology and plant host signaling. In the specified research areas, the group of the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) plays an important role.
